The mission of the tonylunacreative.com web site took the ideas expressed in the Vision Statement and created a framework for the vision to be put into action. The mission here is to provide a web site--a virtual community--where creative people could congregate at anytime and share ideas on how to rediscover their passion, provide support, inspire each other, and network about creative issues, and have access to classes and lectures. Each one of the tabs on the home page, and each of the sub-heads in the pull down menus address different aspects of the main goal to enhance creative productivity.

Where many companies go awry it is either because the vision and goals were poorly formulated in the beginning, or the they got away from their core concerns and they now have more than one agenda. By focusing on a well constructed, adaptable, and shared Vision and Mission an entity can grow, stay on track, and flourish.
